Fifteen years maintaining, supplying and supporting 90% of major banks in Malaysia — with thousands of switches deployed nationwide for branch and ATM CCTV networks.

Appointed Enterprise Architect to make Milestone CCTV, Schneider access control, SenseTime AI and Huawei network & security operate as one platform — plus the 2022 Active Directory recovery at KLIA’s data centre.

Smart Tunnel — Solving a 10-Year Problem
All seven routers replaced at KL’s Smart Tunnel control centre — and a GITN/BFWA routing issue that had gone unsolved for a decade, finally closed with a 100% satisfaction record.

Sarawak Metro — Kuching ART System
Project System Lead for the Information Technology System of Malaysia’s first Autonomous Rapid Transit — Blue and Red lines, from design through commissioning.

A decade keeping the AV backbone of Resorts World Genting running — indoor and outdoor theme parks, SkyAvenue, casinos and premium outlets, with renewed maintenance contracts.

Banking & Financial Services. 15 years maintaining, supplying and supporting 90% of major banks in Malaysia — Maybank, Public Bank, HSBC, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, UOB, OCBC, Bank Rakyat and Bank Islam — including nationwide switch deployments of 500 to 4,000 units per programme for branch and ATM CCTV monitoring.
Government & Public Sector. KDN Putrajaya (3-year maintenance of Parcel D — 9 blocks plus 18 branch offices nationwide: CCTV, visitor management and staff attendance, with full migration to Huawei core and distribution switching) · PERKESO Putrajaya (network for 4 fully renovated office floors, 2022) · KPKT Safe City Phase 2 (servers, workstations and networks across nationwide locations, 2016) · Lembaga Tabung Haji, Putrajaya (complete network infrastructure for 4 blocks, 2014) · JKR (2022).
