Our Story
Priority Solution Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2003 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, by a team of certified IT engineers who shared a simple observation: technology projects rarely fail because of the products — they fail because no one is accountable for the whole design. Hardware vendors, software vendors, cabling contractors and facility teams each deliver their own piece, and the client is left holding the gaps in between. Priority was founded to close those gaps.
For more than two decades we have designed, built and maintained the ICT and ELV backbone of banks, airports, stadiums, utilities and city councils across Malaysia. For 15 years we have maintained, supplied and supported 90% of major banks in Malaysia — including Maybank, HLB, RHB, UOB, Public Bank, OCBC and HSBC — a trust built one service call, one project and one handover at a time.
Today, headquartered in Petaling Jaya with a strategic office in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, we have evolved from traditional system integration into holistic environment architecture. As an Enterprise Architect for the AI era, we unite ICT, ELV (CCTV, AV, PA), M&E, automation, digital twin and AI-native ERP into one accountable design for every project — from blueprint to operation.
Milestones That Shaped Us
- 2003 — Founded in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, by certified IT engineers.
- 2000s–2010s — Became a long-term support partner to Malaysia’s banking sector: 15 years maintaining, supplying and supporting 90% of the country’s major banks.
- Transportation — Delivered systems for KLIA (AIS3) and Kuala Lumpur’s Smart Tunnel, two of the nation’s most demanding operating environments.
- Utilities & Energy — Served Air Selangor, Petronas Gas Dagangan, TotalEnergies and Mudabala Energy.
- Public sector — PERKESO Putrajaya, KDN Putrajaya, UNISZA, Stadium Larkin and Karisma Arena Stadium.
- 2025 — Designed and completed the Iskandar Puteri Command Centre (IPCC), a live municipal operations centre aggregating network, surveillance and municipal data.
- 2026 — Repositioned for the AI era with strategic digital twin partnerships with 51WORLD and UINO 优诺, carrying city-scale proven platforms into Malaysian smart environments.

Priority Solution is founded and led by a Certified Enterprise Architect with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in server, network, M&E and ELV engineering — the rare combination of someone who can calculate a CCTV backbone’s load and throughput in the morning and sit at the client’s boardroom table in the afternoon.
